How it works

If you’ve previously ordered a slow feeder from us, you're eligible to participate in the program at no cost and with no hassle to you. Simply request a return label, send your old product back to us, and receive your reward.

What happens with your old slow feeder?

Once received, your used / old / worn-out slow feeder will be sent to our trusted recycling partner, Vitacore. Vitacore is a Canadian clean technology company specializing in advanced material recovery that will responsibly process your old slow feeder and give it a new life. This process keeps silicone waste out of landfills and supports a circular economy.

  • Return shipping is 100% covered by dogged
  • Your slow feeder should be clean and dry before returning
  • You can return multiple feeders in one parcel - just note the quantity in your request

  • Request a return label

    Fill out the form to request a return below, and you'll receive a return mailing label at no cost. Note that this return request form is for Canadian customers only. US customers can email us directly for assistance returning your product.

  • What happens next

    1. You will receive a shipping label in your email.
    2. Print and attach the label securely to your parcel.
    3. Drop it off at your nearest Canada Post.

    That’s it! No fees, no fuss.
