Duties & Import Fees Policy
At dogged, we proudly ship our products worldwide, helping dogs and their humans access high-quality enrichment and nutrition. However, international orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities.
- Customer Responsibility: Any duties, taxes, or import fees charged upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local government and are not controlled by dogged.
- Not Included in Pricing: Our product prices and shipping fees do not include import duties or taxes. These costs, if applicable, will be collected by your local customs agency before delivery.
- Customs Processing: Some orders may experience customs delays, which are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
- Refused Shipments: If an order is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the package may be abandoned or returned to us at the customer’s expense. In such cases, any refund issued will exclude shipping costs and any additional return fees.
